MEMORY & EXPERIENCE · WORLD EXPERIMENT
Can an observation become reusable experience?
One external observation closed an OPEN premise and removed the sensor call for the same later goal. General reuse remains open.
Research question
Can an unresolved premise activate a remembered inquiry, observe a raw external response through MIRA’s own memory circuit, and close the goal? Can the same goal later close without another external call?
Hypothesis
Goal → one OPEN premise → remembered inquiry
→ external raw surface → remembered K0 projection
→ source-preserved reported fact → residue reactivation
→ goal closure → later reuseExperimental setup
The goal concerned an apple’s falling state. Gravity and lack of support were already observed; the apple’s mass was OPEN. A remembered question was sent to a Gemma E2B model. The adapter returned only the raw surface, leaving projection and storage to the memory circuit.
Observed result
| Condition | Sensor calls | Ticks | Closure |
|---|---|---|---|
| First deterministic run | 1 | 12 | SINGLE |
| Repeated goal | 0 | 4 | SINGLE |
| Snapshot in a new runtime | 0 | — | SINGLE |
| Inquiry memory removed | 0 | — | PARTIAL |
The actual model returned 150g. Its numeric surface activated the observed K0 transitions and closed the tested goal after one sensor call.
Interpretation
In this fixture, the first external response became a source-preserved reported experience, and that memory removed the external call for the same later goal.

QUESTION_AND_K0_CIRCUITS_ARE_TEACHER_OBSERVED
The inquiry transition, question surface, and numeric projection circuit were supplied through teacher-created events. MIRA did not discover these structures by itself. General reuse across unfamiliar goals remains OPEN.
Next question
Can different objects and OPEN premises reuse the same memory without adding new Python logic, and can failed paths become new question experience?
